Our Staff
Staff at Norfolk Lodge take great pride in the quality of their caregiving and empathy with each resident. Staff training is a big priority, all of our experienced staff hold NZQA qualifications while newer staff are enrolled in the ACE Programme and are completing units towards a qualification.
Kathy Gower
Kathy is Care Team Leader, with many years experience in this role she holds a National Certificate, Support of the Older Person, Residential Level 3. Kathy organizes the Caregiving team.
Tracy Tolhoph
Tracy is Senior Caregiver in the Dementia Unit. She holds a National Certificate, Support of the Older Person, Residential Level 3 and is very experienced in this specialized care area.
Pauline Matuku
Pauline is Rest Home Manager and Registered Nurse. Pauline is a fine example of how an individual can develop through dedication, hard work and education. Pauline is constantly upgrading her skills and knowledge of Aged Care.
Diane Gilbert
Diane is Senior Caregiver in the Rest Home and holds the National Certificate, Support of the Older Person, Residential Level 3. Her experience in this area is of great benefit to our Residents.
